Interactive genetic testing report (concept artwork)

I was asked to design the user interface for the results of a genetic testing service. In an attempt to move away from the look of traditional dashboarding I explored representing the results as a dial to highlight the holistic nature of the genetic testing, whilst illustrating the layers of complexity and inter-relationships between the test result and disease manifestation.

I created this set of icons which represent the different actions of sections of DNA. The goal of this project was to allow health practitioners to quickly and easily identify what each gene does and therefore its importance in the health and wellbeing of patients.

A simple lifecycle illustration which was created for inclusion in the product manual for a natural anti-parasitic formula.

Key nutrient and herbal interventions in liver detoxification

The goal of this illustration was to show the different phases of liver detoxification and pinpoint where particular nutrients and/or herbs acted along the detoxification pathway. The challenge was trying to keep the illustration and clear and easy to follow despite many of the elements having multiple actions across the image.
