I created a clear and user-friendly Instructions for Use (IFU) diagram for a genetic testing kit, aimed at guiding users through the complex process of sample collection and submission. By collaborating with the client’s team, conducting user research, and employing visually engaging illustrations, the final diagrams enhanced user experience, improved compliance, and received positive feedback from both users and healthcare professionals.
