After our chat, I will send you a detailed quote within 1-2 business days. If everything looks good to you, we'll prepare an agreement to get things officially started.

Once we’re all set, we’ll work together to create a detailed brief and a project timeline outlining how the project will roll out.

Then, I’ll dive into some thorough research to make sure we get everything just right. This part of the project can often take the longest as we want to make sure that we’re getting the science right from the very beginning.

Preliminary Sketches and Feedback

Next, we create preliminary sketches to map out the concept, layout, and scientific details. Now is the time to make big changes. It’s all about making sure we’re on the same page and getting the details right before moving forward.

Creative Work Begins

With the sketches approved, we get into the fun part—bringing your ideas to life! I’ll craft the artwork, making sure everything looks great and communicates your message effectively.

Revisions and Refinements

Throughout the entire process I will work closely with you for guidance and feedback to make sure everything is just as you envision. If there are significant changes, we’ll discuss any additional details beforehand. Minor tweaks are all part of the process and are included in the project.

Final Delivery and Next Steps

Once the final artwork is ready and any last-minute tweaks are done, I’ll package up deliver your all your visual assets. We’ll wrap things up with a feedback session to see how things went and chat about any future projects.
